To install stickers to WhatsApp, you need to install SigStick from App Store or Google Play on your mobile phone. From the app, you will be able to install your stickers to WhatsApp.
Note: Make sure you have WhatsApp installed on your mobile phone as well.
To make your own stickers, you will need to install SigStick from App Store or Google Play. Then in the "My Stickers" page, follow the instruction to import your images and save them as a sticker pack.
If you have published a sticker pack yesterday, you will need to wait for 24 hours before you can publish another sticker pack for free.
You can also subscribe to SigStick Premium to remove this limitation.

In the SigStick mobile app, you can add emojis to your stickers in the edit screen of your sticker pack.
This is a limitation of WhatsApp. WhatsApp only allows 30 stickers to be installed at a time. The 60 stickers limit is the number of stickers you can have in your custom sticker pack.
This is a known issue with WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business and this occurs only for some users. Please report this issue to WhatsApp and hope they will fix it in the future.
Make sure you do not remove SigStick from your mobile phone, since SigStick is required to keep the stickers in WhatsApp.
If you have accidentally removed SigStick, you will need to reinstall SigStick and reinstall the stickers to WhatsApp.
