How do I install stickers to WhatsApp or iMessage?

To install stickers to WhatsApp, you need to install SigStick from App Store or Google Play on your mobile phone. From the app, you will be able to install your stickers to WhatsApp.

Note: Make sure you have WhatsApp installed on your mobile phone as well.

How can I make my own stickers?

To make your own stickers, you will need to install SigStick from App Store or Google Play. Then in the "My Stickers" page, follow the instruction to import your images and save them as a sticker pack.

I have not published a sticker pack today but SigStick tells me that I have exceeded the free limit. What should I do?

If you have published a sticker pack yesterday, you will need to wait for 24 hours before you can publish another sticker pack for free.

You can also subscribe to SigStick Premium to remove this limitation.

Why are my stickers not showing up in the chat apps after I added new images to my custom sticker pack?

After you have added new images to your custom sticker pack, you will need to also:

1. Republish the sticker pack again to SigStick.
2. Reinstall the sticker pack to the suitable chat app (except for Telegram, which will automatically update the stickers).

Why do my animated stickers fail to save?

There are some limitations posted by different messaging apps. To increase the chances of success, we recommend the following:

• Make sure you are using the latest version of the app.
• Each image should be smaller than 10 MB.
• The animation of each sticker should be less than 3 seconds long.
• The dimension of the image should be less than 512 x 512 pixels.

How can I add emojis to my stickers?

In the SigStick mobile app, you can add emojis to your stickers in the edit screen of your sticker pack.

WhatsApp

Why can't I install 60 stickers in one go? I have already subscribed to SigStick Premium.

This is a limitation of WhatsApp. WhatsApp only allows 30 stickers to be installed at a time. The 60 stickers limit is the number of stickers you can have in your custom sticker pack.

iOS

I have both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business installed, and I can't install stickers to WhatsApp. What should I do?

This is a known issue with WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business and this occurs only for some users. Please report this issue to WhatsApp and hope they will fix it in the future.

Android

Why are my stickers not loading in WhatsApp?

Make sure you do not remove SigStick from your mobile phone, since SigStick is required to keep the stickers in WhatsApp.

If you have accidentally removed SigStick, you will need to reinstall SigStick and reinstall the stickers to WhatsApp.
